The Chemical Resistant Bitumen Mastic that we offer is a general purpose anti-corrosive ready-mix bituminous coating. The offered mastic is used as a protective impervious membrane that is suitable for concrete, brick work, steel and other allied applications. It is a homogeneous mortar, which is a mixture of high-grade bitumen, mineral fillers and fine aggregates. CNSL resin mortar is a special kind of mortar that is used for lining of acid proof bricks and tiles. CSNL is an acronym that stands for “Cashew Nut Shell Liquid”. This mortar provides excellent adhesion on ceramic surfaces. It is also highly resistant to alkalis and acids and can easily withstand high temperatures of up to 170 degree Celsius. This resin mortar has a plastic nature.

is used in the construction of floors, sumps, trenches, tanks, vessels and bleach towers in chemical processing, food and beverage plants, dairies, laboratories, textile, steel and pulp& paper mills. VE has excellent resistance to oxidizing bleach solutions, mineral and organic acids, alkaline solutions and some organic solvents. When used with chemical resistant masonry units and the proper membrane VE will protect concrete and steel sub base from chemical attacks and physical abuse. VE is silica filled vinyl ester mortar supplied in two parts – powder & liquid – which must be mixed together in the proper proportions (1:5.5 PBW) prior to use.

This is a two-pack chemical setting Phenolic base mortar. It is being used as bonding material for acid resisting brick masonry construction for protection against corrosive conditions mainly from acids, in more particular, its resistance to Sulfuric acid upto 70% is very good. Bitumen Primer COATING is intended for preparation of the surface before installation of bitumen roofing and waterproofing materials. The prime coating is necessary for ensuring the strong adhesion of the bitumen-based waterproofing materials to porous, rough and dusty surfaces. The primer presents a mix of high-quality bitumen and specially selected organic solvents. It has a good covering capacity and penetrability.
Primer is applied to a surface by roller, large or small brush. It is applied to the base at once that grants additional convenience and enhanced performance.
The product should be stored in a dry place protected from direct sunlight at temperatures from -20°C to +30°C.
